Hey everyone, hoping to get some practical advice here because I'm a bit lost on what to order. We run a small operation in Umm Al Quwain with about 15 drums of various oils and lubricants, plus a few IBCs of cleaning solvents. Nothing too massive, but enough that a decent leak would be a real headache. I've been putting off buying proper response gear for way too long, and after reading through some safety guidelines I realized we're basically unprotected if something goes wrong. I was looking at the different sizes available and I'm torn between getting a few smaller 30-gallon kits that we can scatter around the warehouse, or one big 95-gallon wheeled kit that stays in one central location. The smaller ones seem more convenient for quick access, but the bigger one has way more absorbent capacity and the mobility is nice. I also noticed there are spill kits designed specifically for oils vs chemicals vs general purpose, and I'm not sure if I should get a universal one or specialized ones for each type of fluid we store. We mostly deal with mineral oils and water-based cleaning agents, nothing super aggressive like acids or caustics. Anyone with a similar setup care to share what worked for them? Really just want to make sure we're covered without going overboard on something we might rarely use.
